Technical Requirement

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Delphi (Object Pascal) development
  • Strong experience in Windows Desktop Application Development using VCL
  • Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles
  • Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases (SQL Server/MySQL/PostgreSQL/Oracle)
  • Experience with FireDAC, ADO, or other database connectivity components
  • Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills
  • Ability to write clean, scalable, and maintainable code
  • Experience with Git, SVN, or other version control systems
  • Experience with multithreading and background task management in Delphi
